Credit statement: Training courses require payment at least seven (7) business days prior to the class date through our online payment system. If a training course is cancelled by a client within three (3) or more business days’ notice, full refunds can be given. If class is cancelled with less than 3 days of notice, refunds are not available but the class can be rescheduled, with no penalty. If an employee cannot attend a scheduled and paid training course that is charged on a ‘per person’ basis (such as OSHA Outreach Training), a ‘credit’ will be given to the client for a future course, provided the class count still meets the minimum fees (10 students). No refunds will be given for field work or for expert witness services.
